How to make glassceramic panels ?

[KeraGlass] . Melt the glass in a tank.

[KeraGlass] . Roll the glass between 2 rollers.
[KeraGlass] . Cut in sheets and inspect.
[EuroKera or EKNA] . Cut and edge pieces to final customer requested dimensions.
[EuroKera or EKNA] . Print the commands and heaters designs.
[EuroKera or EKNA] .Ceramize (heat up and down) to final glassceramic stage.

EUROKERA - How to make glassceramic panels For example, EuroKera decoration enamels and glass composition have been developed without lead since 1990, pioneering the 2002/95/EC known as RoHS directive (noPb, noHg, no Cd, no Cr6+, no PBB, noPBDE) to be applied in 2006.
The EuroKera plates are fully recyclable. They are used to help melting thus reducing the needs in energy.

Keraglass, or melting factory, is ISO 14000 certified since 2000.
