Respect applies to the Individual, to the Environment, to our Customers, to the Shareholders and to the Law. It demands actions governed by Integrity and Loyalty.
Passion encompasses individual Professional Commitment and dedicated Leadership.
Ambition demonstrates the commitment to Quality, Innovation and Performance.

To achieve our Primary Objective, the following behaviours are mandatory:

Respect of law 
EuroKera respects law and existing rules in all countries where it has business.
Especially, EuroKera prohibits:
  • any kind of action which would lead to a breach of antitrust law, or would lead to an illegal limitation of competition
  • any kind of financing of parties or political activities with Eurokera's funds or assets
  • any kind of active or passive corruption whether in domestic or international transactions (covered by the OECD convention of December 17th, 1997)
  • any kind of Copyright infringement.

Respect of the Environment 
EuroKera actively promotes protection of the environment.
Management methods, wherever the location of an industrial site is, allow to establish measurable objectives of its environmental performance, to evaluate and check the performances.
EuroKera's ambition is to bring all relevant environmental performance indicators of its industrial facilities to the best known level for comparable facilities, even beyond the requirements of local legislation.

Respect of Health and Safety 
EuroKera is committed to ensure the best possible protection against health and safety risks in the workplace. EuroKera adopts a risk prevention policy and follows it up, checks actual results versus applicable standards. Such policy applies both to EuroKera's employees and subcontractors' employees when the latter are working in a EuroKera facility.
EuroKera shall strive to raise the main relevant health and safety performance indicators to the best known level of comparable facilities, even beyond the requirements of local legislation.

Respect of Employees Rights 
Eurokera ensures that employees rights are respected.
Eurokera promotes an active dialogue with its employees.
Even if the local law would allow it, EuroKera prohibits, any use of forced labour, compulsory labour or child labour, whether directly or indirectly or through contractors where the latter are working in a EuroKera facility.
EuroKera prohibits any kind of discrimination among its employees whether in the recruitment process, at hiring or during or at the end of the employment relationship.

Confidentiality and Proprietary Information 
All non public information about or from EuroKera are considered Confidential and Proprietary.
Identical considerations are valid for confidential or exclusive information belonging to suppliers or customers.
EuroKera prohibits all illegal measures to obtain information about other companies (customers, competitors.).

Gifts and Receptions 
No employee shall accept nor give presents of any kind except for small value corporate gifts such as agendas or pens.
Business lunches or dinners can be offered and accepted.

Conflict of Interest 
Individuals or corporations should be chosen to do business with EuroKera on the basis of EuroKera's best interest. Any employee's personal interest must not influence that choice.
A potential conflict exists when an employee has an interest in or in connection with a commercial enterprise that does business with EuroKera, where that interest might affect or appear to affect its business decision.
